Ceramic Returns

Velmorinez stands behind the quality of our handcrafted ceramics. If you receive a ceramic piece that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or refund.

Custom Commission Modifications

We understand that circumstances may change during the creation of custom ceramic commissions. If you need to modify your custom order, please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications may be possible depending on the stage of production, and any additional costs will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a custom ceramic commission, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation terms will be discussed based on the stage of production and any work that has already been completed. We aim to be fair and transparent in all cancellation situations.

Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the circumstances and stage of production at the time of cancellation or return. Any refunds will be processed within 30 business days of the return or cancellation request being approved.

Workshop Cancellations

If you need to cancel your pottery workshop registration, please contact us at least 7 days before the scheduled workshop date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Ceramic Care and Handling

Handcrafted ceramics require proper care to maintain their beauty and functionality. We provide care instructions with each piece. Damage resulting from improper care or handling may not be covered under our return policy.
